Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours may result in deposit forfeiture. No‑Shows: Missed appointments without notice are considered no‑shows and the deposit is forfeited. Late Arrivals: Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may shorten the session; more than 20 minutes late may be marked as a no‑show. Deposits: Some services require a non‑refundable deposit applied toward your final balance.
